Equipment for First Response Shelters

OA1200 PAC Portable Air Cleaner       OA800 Portable Air Cleaner

OmniAire PAC air purification equipment removes particulates, chemical and biological contaminants, and fumes and gasses. This equipment is being used to provide positive or negative pressure as required for decontamination shelters, first response shelters, mobile hospitals and portable hospital isolation anterooms.

In addition to a combination of HEPA filtration, UV germicidal irradiation, and specialized carbon filters, OmniAire PAC equipment features a smooth aluminum or optional stainless steel housing which is easy to maintain and decontaminate if necessary and large wheels to allow for easy movement over uneven terrain.

Omniguard 4 Open

Positive or negative pressures inside the shelters can be monitored and documented using the optional Omniguard 4 differential pressure recorder. The Omniguard 4 pressure recorder can be configured with remote alarm , autodialing, and computer communication software among other options to meet stringent reporting standards if necessary.

The CDC Guidelines for Environmental Infection Control in Healthcare Facilities recommends a minimum of 12 air exchanges an hour.  Our  Air Flow Calculator will help you determine the size of equipment necessary to meet this requirement. Air leakage within the room and the frequency of entrance and exits from the area must be considered as well.
