OmniAire Dust Collectors
Many activities during construction or renovation projects
release large amounts of dust which could be threatening to workers health and
may impact the successful completion of the project.
To control these large airborne pollutants several of our OmniAire HEPA negative
air machines machines can be equipped with a 95% efficiency ASHRAE
bag filter
assembly in place of the HEPA filter, creating a portable dust collector. These
bag filters are very efficient and economical for collecting and holding large
amounts of dust and debris which would quickly clog the HEPA filter.
The multi-pocket bag filter offers high efficiency filtration along with
superior dust holding capacity while maintaining low resistance to airflow. The
bag filters are constructed of synthetic, moisture resistant media with
galvanized steel separators and headers. The header seals against the gasket of
the bag filter housing to prevent bypass of contaminated air.

 Our portable machines provide high efficiency air filtration where it is
needed and capture pollutants right at the source. Flexible hoses can be
attached to the dust collector to collect dust from the point of creation and
discharge clean air to any area needed. When dealing with odors as well as dust

Odorguard carbon filter may be installed in front of the bag filter.
Improving the air quality in the workplace may increase employee productivity
and decrease allergic reactions to airborne pollutants.
School painting crews are using these methods to help reduce the odor to
surrounding classrooms and to aid in the drying of the paint.
