Prefilters

All of the OmniAire machines are supplied with a primary/secondary prefilter that includes both a tactifier and an anti-microbial treatment.

Our prefilters are custom cut to fit each OmniAire HEPA negative air machine. Frequent changing of the inexpensive prefilters will dramatically increase the useful life of the more expensive HEPA filter. All prefilters are packed in boxes of 20 filters.

Pleated Filters

All OmniAire PAC machines are supplied with MERV-11 efficiency pleated filters. These filters are electrostatic charged and have moisture resistant construction using shaped fiber technology. They have high efficiency with a low pressure drop.

The 100% synthetic fibers are thermally bonded with a gradient structure to create a dual layer media for in-depth loading. Thermally bonded fibers do not absorb moisture and will not support microbial growth.

Carbon Filters

Odorguard 2" Pleated Filters are available in sizes to fit any OmniAire HEPA negative air machine.

Odorguard filters are used in conjunction with the HEPA filter when odors or chemical fumes are present. These are light and medium duty filters.

Vapor Trap filters are used when gaseous pollutants are the primary concern on a consistent basis. The vapor trap filter can be installed in place of the HEPA filter or in a special external housing which is connected to the machine with a flexible duct.

Bag Filters for Dust Collection

These bag filters are very efficient and economical for collecting and holding large amounts of dust and debris which would quickly clog the HEPA filter and are used in place of the HEPA filter.
