Asbestos Abatement
Omnitec Design
has been manufacturing negative air machines
with light weight, aluminum housings
for the asbestos abatement
industry since 1988.
We have continued to
respond to the needs of the industry by designing and manufacturing the
smaller, more easily portable equipment that is now required. Some of our
innovations over the years have been variable speed controls and upright
configurations.
OmniAire HEPA negative air machines are used to create partial
vacuum in a contained abatement area to prevent spread of asbestos fibers to
the outside. The air is exhausted from the containment by the OmniAire
HEPA negative air machine, creating a negative pressure inside. The negative
pressure can be measured and documented by using the
Omniguard 4
differential pressure recorder.

OmniAire
HEPA negative air machines are built to perform in tough
construction environments and are easy to maintain. Our negative air
machines are equipped with true HEPA 99.97%, 0.3 micron filters and are
constructed to meet not only the DOP testing requirements of the asbestos abatement
industry, but also to meet UL, CSA and OSHA
safety standards.
How the
OmniAire HEPA negative air machine helps your company
Reduces potential liability - prevents spreading of contaminants
Protects your workers - improved job performance
Reduces final cleanup time – Increase the bottom line profits
